1. Booking and Payment

To secure our services for your event, a minimum payment is required. Please consult with Hell’s Hibachi management for accurate pricing details.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Hell’s Hibachi management.

4. Liability and Indemnity

While Hell’s Hibachi takes every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers, we cannot be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the event.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their guests, as well as any property provided by Hell’s Hibachi for the event.

By engaging with our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold Hell’s Hibachi harmless against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the event.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

Any amendments to bookings must be communicated to Hell’s Hibachi management within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled event.

Cancellations made less than the specified notice period may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Hell’s Hibachi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

6. Governing Law

The regulations outlined herein are dictated by the legal statutes of the states in which the event occurs, specifically Arizona, Washington (for events in Seattle), and California (for events in the Bay Area and San Jose). Any disagreements arising from or connected to these terms will be exclusively handled by the courts of the respective states.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hell’s Hibachi is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by acts of God, unforeseen circumstances, or negligence by the customer or their guests.
